Yapp Brothers Staff Review – Domaine Paradella 2016

“Rarely but occasionally a wine oozes class from the very first sniff of the glass. It’s so complex, intense and balanced, each time I’ve tasted the wine over the last few month, it has surprised me as to its intensity of bramble fruit and cedary oak backed up by fine-grained tannins, a heatlhy dose of sweet cinnamon and clove spice and a leght to die for. This wine is evolving all the time but has the structure and delicate balance to age for the next 3-5 years at least. A real find and potential rival to many Tuscan Sangloveses.”
